Biomedical engineer, CRISPR delivery scientist
Postdoc at UC Berkeley / Innovative Genomics Institute | Co-inventor at Editpep
I build non-viral CRISPR delivery systems that work in vivo.
If you are building in gene editing, I’m easy to reach here.
My Work
PERCEPT for local, targeted delivery
Last-step ligand installation on CRISPR RNPs for fast iteration in vivo. Built for matched comparisons across ligands, tissues, and routes using quantitative editing readouts.

Making delivery measurable at scale. Pooled, sequence-resolved screening concepts that support model-guided ligand prioritization as the dataset grows.

I’m a biomedical engineer focused on in vivo delivery of genome editing effectors, especially CRISPR ribonucleoproteins. Delivery is often the bottleneck between a promising editor and a viable therapy, so I build modular, non-viral strategies that solve the in vivo last-mile problem: getting editors to the right cells at useful levels. I developed PERCEPT, a reversible, traceless conjugation platform for installing targeting ligands onto clinically relevant editors, and it has enabled robust editing in the CNS, retina, lung epithelium and skeletal muscle.
